Terms & Conditions
Version 2026-09-22-v1
Bicks, operated by Dan Bickels. Contact: bicksupport@gmail.com.
1. Your journal
Bicks is an early-access tool for recording and reviewing your own trades. You must be at least 18, keep your account secure, and have permission to upload your content. Access is personal; do not share account credentials.
2. Trading decisions remain yours
Bicks does not execute trades, hold funds, or provide personalised investment advice. Statistics, strategy grades, backtests and AI output are informational and may be incomplete or incorrect. Past results do not predict future performance. Review extracted information before saving or relying on it.
3. Your content and AI
You retain ownership of your journal content. You give Bicks permission to store, transmit and process it only as needed to provide, secure and support the service, including through the providers described in the Privacy Policy. Voice processing is optional. This permission does not authorise sale of your journal or use of it to train Bicks models.
4. Fair use
Do not upload unlawful content, other people's private information without permission, passwords or broker API secrets. Do not attack, circumvent access restrictions, disrupt the service or automate abusive requests. We may restrict access to address abuse or security risks and, where practicable, explain the reason.
5. Early access
The pilot is currently provided without a subscription charge. Features and technical limits may change. Any future paid plan will require a separate purchase decision. Availability and error-free operation are not guaranteed. Keep exported backups of important records. Where practicable, we will give notice of discontinuation and an opportunity to export.
6. Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bicks is provided as available, without a guarantee of trading results, uninterrupted service or complete data accuracy. We are not responsible for trading decisions you make. These terms do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct.
7. Leaving and changes
You may stop using Bicks at any time, export your journal from Settings, and contact Support to request account deletion. Material changes to these terms will be presented for renewed acceptance before continued workspace access. Contact Support about these terms or a dispute.
