Include the steps you took, your browser and device, and approximately when it happened. If you attach a screenshot, hide private trade details and the address bar if it contains sign-in tokens. Never send passwords, access tokens or API secret keys.
Keep a copy
You can export your journal in Settings. For deletion requests, state that you want your account and associated cloud data deleted. We may ask you to verify ownership.
